Mindfulness Immersion Day Retreat

FRIDAY 16 JANUARY 2026

A semi-silent online day retreat to quiet the noise and immerse yourself in the present moment, alongside peers.

A full day dedicated to quieting the noise

This will be a day of deep nourishment and remembering; A day that will equip you with tools you can use for a lifetime and empower you to move forward with renewed energy and inner steadiness.

Enjoy a full day dedicated to quieting the noise so you can lay down the weight of your worries, daily responsibilities and devices. Immerse yourself in the present moment, alongside a group of purpose-driven peers and reconnect with who you are and why your work matters in this world.

Not your typical leadership development day

This online day retreat is appropriate for new and experienced meditators. You’ll practice deepening your presence as you flow through:

Guided meditations

Mindful leadership talks

Mindful movement

Reflection and debrief

An embodied reminder of the nourishment that comes with being deeply present and connected.

5 techniques you can use to quiet your busy mind, tune into your body and anchor into the richness of the present moment.

A personalized roadmap for integrating those techniques into your life and leadership in a way that feels energizing (rather than like another to-do).

What to Expect

This retreat is thoughtfully designed to be done from the comfort of your home or another private space. The day will be structured but spacious, including a mix of guided practice (via Zoom) and self-directed silent reflection time.

Beyond the time spent in our Zoom room for talks and guided meditations, you'll be invited to quiet distractions (computer, music, television, phone). You’ll receive structured support as you expand your capacity for stillness and spend a day fully immersed in reflective practice.
